Monika Maślikowska, who is currently completing her doctorate on dynamic teams in fluid contexts at IMCA, has been offered a Postdoc Position at the University of Zurich to explore this topic. Monika will be working at the Department of Psychology (Research Area: Social, Organizational & Business Psychology, and Personality) in the Applied Team Science group. She will study teams working in extreme environments, which will be continuation of her work conducted at USI throughout her Ph.D.
