IMCA Members Receive Best Full Paper Award in Research Methodology at BAM 2025 Conference

Gizem Kadıoğlu and Michael Gibbert, together with their co-authors Lakshmi Balachandran Nair, Bareerah Hoorani, Matthias Weiss, and Martin Hoegl, have been awarded the Best Full Paper Award in the Research Methodology Track at this year's British Academy of Management (BAM) 2025 Conference, held at Kent Business School. The study is recognized for its contributions to the ongoing debate on methodological plurality and insightful exploration of researchers’ methodological openness within the qualitative research tradition, offering an alternative perspective to more standardized qualitative designs.
